We utilize the most current technology in our industry. Our state-of-the-art equipment allows us to provide our clients with high-quality products faster and less-expensively than our competition.

Design

• Computers We use state of the art Macintosh computers in our graphics department. We also have PC computers to support customer supplied files in most formats.

• Imagesetter We have on-site an imagesetter to produce our own Polyester Plates used for screens or register printing or Negatives used for printing multiple up tight register colors or process printing.

• RIP Raster Imaging Processing - known as a RIP is programed computer connected to a printer to process the file from the postscript language into a printing file. We have a RIP for our Xerox 6060 Printer that is made by CREO. It allows us to do full color variable data. We also have a RIP for our Xerox Doc 12 digital printer and two RIPs for our black and white digital printers, in addition to the RIP used for our imagesetter.

Copying

• Canon 5020 This black and white copier is used as our office printer and for us to make simple copies for our walk up clients.

• Canon 9070 This black and white digital printer/copier produces prints at 90 per minute. It is connected to our network with a postscript level 3 RIP. It is connected to a booklet maker for printing saddle stitched books in minutes.

• Xerox Doc 12 Copier Printer The Xerox Doc 12 Copier Printer is a full color copier/printer that allows us to make incredibly beautiful copies from originals off the glass or through our network.

Printing

• AB Dick 9800 series These printing presses are equipped with 2 color and envelope capabilities. With these we print high end one, two and three color items.

• Century 3500 S This printing press is a true two color press with separate blankets to keep colors true. It is used for 4 color process printing and intricate multiple spot colors.

• Xerox DocuColor 5000 To describe the Xerox DocuColor 5000 as a versatile, high speed, 2400 dpi digital color printing press simply does not do it justice. Its impressive list of capabilities is highlighted by its 50 full-color prints-per-minute speed, standard auto duplexing, card stock output, and massive total paper capacity--all in addition to a wide range of digital imaging capabilities that allow you to change the look and feel of any document. If your job demands high speed and quality, the Xerox DocuColor 5000 will perform flawlessly.

• Xerox Nuvera This state of the art black and white digital press allows us to produce your printed project faster and with the highest quality screens. And with its booklet maker and in-line folder your orders will be done in record time.
